The team at this hotel were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was incredible. The continental breakfast was absolutely delicious and incredibly filling. The on-site restaurant was also top-notch with exceptional food. The fact that we could bring our beloved dog without any extra charge was a huge bonus. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore and tour around the beautiful region of Noord Holland. We especially loved the nearby town of Hoorn. The availability of free parking nearby was a great convenience. Plus, the small hygiene bag provided was a nice touch. Unlike other hotels, they did not forget to provide slippers. Will definitely be staying here again!

The private bathroom and balcony in the triple room were a delightful touch, giving me some much-needed privacy and a nice view. And let me tell you, the spa bath in the suite was absolutely heavenly. I felt like I was in paradise!

Honestly, I'm not much of a fan of the view from the suite. It's just my personal taste though, and I know others might still enjoy it.

The location of the hotel by the river is picturesque, especially in the early evening when the chairs are comfortably placed for guests to enjoy the view. It is disappointing to note that the walls in the rooms are thin and noise from neighboring rooms and the hallways can be heard easily.

The kids absolutely loved the playground, and we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace while sipping coffee from the cozy café. The hotel also provided free internet access, which was great for keeping up with work and staying connected during our trip.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a swimming pool for the kids to enjoy.
